“Soft power’ learning and development sessions designed for your team to flourish

We recognise the importance of learning and development for our clients and their in-house teams, not only to comply with Continuing Legal Education obligations, but also to help the wider business work together optimally as a team to achieve the best results.

We offer a series of soft power sessions, designed to equip your team with the skills necessary to flourish and thrive.

Styles, Strengths and profile mapping

The drive towards high performance, as an individual and as an integral part of a team, starts with understanding yourself – what is your behavioural style, why do you behave or respond as you do, how does your behaviour impact those you work with? We use the DISC tool in this session to help you better understand yourself, your team members, and the behaviours that come into interpersonal situations.

Once you understand yourself more effectively, we turn to a focus on self-development through the identification of your key strengths and how to use them to help you fulfil your goals. How do your strengths work in a team context – we map the strength profile of your team to help you achieve your individual, team and organisational objectives.

Workplaces are becoming increasingly fast-paced and high pressure. The objective of this practical session is to see you not just survive, but thrive, when stressful times arise. The focus is on high performance: what it is, why it is important to an organisation and its people, and how to develop and maintain long term high performance attributes.

Influence, Change +leading high performance teams

In a time of constant change, the ability to influence people and events is critical. This session brings you a toolkit of skills to build awareness and effectiveness, from building rapport to having challenging conversations, when seeking to influence others and effect change.

A successful project is powered by a high performance team – one with vision, insight, strong communication, agile and adept planning.  A team that knows itself – and its members – through an awareness of behavioural styles.  A team with a growth mindset that embraces change.  In this session, the DISC tool is used to facilitate an understanding of self and team.
